If someone tells you to listen to a song, listen to it.  It may be the worst song you have ever heard but they wanted to share it with you.  That is really special.  If it makes them feel a certain way and they are so adamant about you hearing it, take 5 minutes to hear it.  It shows a lot about someone.

there are millions of people with mental illness, millions. there are people you know, people you regularly talk with, people that you’d never guess that have mental illness.1 in 4 people have mental illness. people with mental illness are not more likely to be violent, in fact they’re more likely to be victims of violence. mentally ill people are not your scapegoat from talking about the reality and consequences of racism, transphobia, misogyny and ableism

The LAST ONE omfg

Used to have fun with the last one

When I was a freshman, my sister was in eighth grade. There was a boy in two of her periods who would ask her out every single day. (Third and seventh period, if I remember correctly.) All day during third and seventh she would repeatedly tell him no. She didn’t beat around the bush, she didn’t lie and say she was taken—she just said no.

One day, in third period, after being rejected several times, he said; “I have a gun in my locker. If you don’t say yes, I am going to shoot you in seventh.”

Completely agree with what you said about this, it upsets me that such a negative person gets to work there and takes advantage of that and obviously mocked this tragedy and tries to make everyone else look bad in every tweet for his own rudeness.

Thank you! I’m with you again. Such negativity has no place in a show like that.

lololololol you guys. Apparently holding assholes accountable for their sexist  actions is now “cyber bullying!!11!!”

this poor, entitled man.

EDIT: omg now he’s deleted his reply. Along with every other reply he made to other women. Maybe the message is actually getting through?

This guy, who brags about his ~cool SNL/Tonight Show job~ (intern, I’m guessing) on a continual basis to his 78 twitter followers — who he also accuses of ‘stalking’ him (?) — made that asinine reply to Jen Kirkman earlier today (which I immediately screenshot because I figured any half-brained idiot making that comment might probably delete it later… which, he did)

He had some fantastically immature digs at people who dared to respond to him, and it was admittedly pretty funny in a sad way. At least it broke up the monotony of all his unprofessional gushing about Tonight Show guest posts, chastising his followers for stalking him posts, and exclusive Tonight Show set photo posts that he doesn’t want anyone looking at, from his Instagram he thinks is private …posts.

(The tweet was brought to the internet’s attention via a RT, but this guy thinks everyone who saw it is stalking him, and also thinks his account is private, and that anyone replying to him is ‘butting in.’ Okay.)

Checking in periodically with the #YesAllWomen twitter tag - which, if you haven’t yet - DO READ. Everyone should check in on that. — look who I found again. Fantastic.

You guys, this is an actual EMPLOYEE on The Tonight Show. He’s not really anyone important, but one seed of evil like this among an enterprise that prides itself on happiness is enough to do a hell of a lot of damage. There have been people tweeting him and the @FallonTonight account about his words and of course he comes up on the defensive. It makes me sick that this idiot can’t see what’s wrong with the shit he’s saying. He’s deleted most of the disparaging tweets in an attempt to save his ass, but thankfully nothing is ever temporary on the Internet.

I would encourage you all to tweet @FallonTonight about this. Nothing will happen I’m sure, as fucking usual, but make this ass feel accountable and guilty for his actions.
